This is a single family residence on a hill above town with a spectacular view to the west. There is a lot of wildlife like birds, raccoons, and even wild turkeys. It isn’t a huge house but not the smallest either. There is plenty of room to be alone. There is also lots of privacy outside. A platform deck also affords the view and great for sunbathing. There is a two-car garage so no snow clearing or getting into a hot or cold car. Your room would be at the opposite end of the hall from my room with the bathroom in between. There is a shower and a separate whirlpool tub. Your room is not furnished so it’s a blank slate. You would be expected to maintain your room in par with the rest of the house. Your space is your space but hoarding and large amounts of clutter aren’t accepted. I am also away sometimes for a week so the house would be yours when I’m gone. It’s just a great town and a great house to live in all seasons of the year!
I am a 70 year old, gay, semi-retired female that has an investigative agency. I am also a musician/songwriter. I am someone that is respectful of others privacy and am also more than willing to have lively conversation. I do not subscribe to anything MAGA so let’s get that right out of the way. I’ve been told I have a great sense of humor. There will be times when I am away, mostly in the summer for weeks at a time so you would have the house to yourself. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine but am not interested in renting to anyone that gets hammered constantly. I am hoping for someone to move in that is a nice person, respectful, gainfully and professionally employed for a reasonable amount of time and wants to live in a really beautiful setting. My roommate should be fully Covid vaccinated as am I. Proof of vaccination will be requested. It’s a great house to live in for a thousand reasons. You have to see it to believe it.
