You will have your own bedroom with a bathroom attached. You have 2 closets, a bathtub/ shower, and access to the balcony from your room.
This apartment complex is awesome! There is vinyl flooring in the kitchen/ bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. We have valet trash and we are located on the bottom floor. The maintenance team is very responsive if maintenance request are needed. The apartment is furnished (coffee table, dining table, couch) but the bedroom will be unfurnished.
$1,092 a month, utilities/internet not included (so about 1,200- 1250 in total)
About the roomies
I am 23 years old looking for a female (no couples) roommate in the apartment I am currently living in. I work full time in Everett, and I am a plant and cat mom! I love time to myself but also like doing roommate nights/ hanging out. I do have 2 cats, which is the maximum
of pets for the apartment, so no other pets.
