8. Ceiling fan/new Lamp/new Alarm clock
9. New 55 inch TV

Home is equipped with Ring front door system, security cameras around entire property overlooking the backyard, side yards, and the front street/garage area, and bedroom window is equipped with Metal security window screen. All doors are equipped with security doors, along with front windows metal security screens.
11. Unlimited Wifi is provided/ free Netflix/YouTube /basic cable access
12. Semi-Private bathroom next to bedroom, with cabinets for your use. Shower will only be used by tenant
13. Kitchen is used for light cooking if needed.
