Hi there - I need someone to take over one of the bedrooms in my 2 bedroom/dual master apartment by November 1st (can start slightly sooner if needed). 5 months minimum with potential to stay on.

Rent is $1,525 all inclusive (utilities + wifi + 2 parking spots).

About the Apartment: You will have your own wing of the apartment including your own bathroom and walk in closet. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the remainder of the apartment will be fully furnished with full kitchen supplies (including kitchen appliances like ninja & nutribullet, juicer, crockpot, etc.). Large hardwood communal space with dining area, living room/tv area and outdoor patio. Stainless steal appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen.

The apartment is located in the heart of Weho off Sunset & Larrabee. This location is conveniently located to some of the top spots in Weho (Sunset Plaza, Santa Monica Blvd, etc.). I’m able to walk to my gym (Equinox), the places I grocery shop (Trader Joe’s/Pavillions)
