Looking for a flat mate to occupy a very specious Living room in a two bed, 1.5 bath townhouse at Rolling Green apartments starting from 1st April’23 to 1st August’23 ASAP.
The living room can be converted into a private room with the help of room separators and comes with a private mini wardrobe, toilet, and A/C. Also has a small private patio at the back. The laundry room is just outside the house. The complex also has a swimming pool.
The house is 15 minutes away from the campus on a bus route (buses 30/45). The bus stop is right outside the apartment complex.
The rent would be 688.4$, which is inclusive of all the utilities(water, gas, heat, electricity).
About the roomies
Two graduate student from Umass staying upstairs in the bedrooms. Both are Clean, neat and quiet. Both of them keep it to themselves, so you wouldn’t have to worry about your peace and privacy.
