Shared Common Areas: Living room, dinning room, and good size den/office space. Kitchen with side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, gas range oven, microwave/fume hood, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet and pantry storage. Off street parking and large yard. Washing machine and dryer.

Close to: San Jacinto College Starbucks Carl’s Jr. Panda Express McDonald’s Taco Bell Staterbrothers and much more.

We are clean, easy going, respectful, considerate, and fair-minded guys. You must be the same. No Drama allowed. No raising your voice. We are all adults here. No long-term overnight guests allowed. We have only a few friends that occasionally come by to hang out, bbq once and a while. Looking for someone that understands and appreciates what we are looking for in a Housemate. Someone who expects respect for their space and respects ours. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house. They couldn’t be any more farther apart.
