West 54th Avenue

Just me and my medium sized dog 🐕 I am a young professional working in IT. Utilities are $100 max per person per month and rent fluctuates between $800-$850 per person (water and sewage is rolled into rent that is what causes the up and downs). There is a pretty nice view of the mountains from my third story balcony. All windows face West towards the mountains. You would have your own bathroom with full vanity and large standing shower. That bathroom however is not 100% private it is the restroom with the easiest access to apartment guest (friends, family, ect.) I pay for the internet so its free to you lol. Like I said earlier I have a medium size dog a lottle less than a year old she is super sweet. Not a whole lot of rules besides cleaning up after yourself and not turn the place into a chimney stack. So that just means ita fine if you smoke but I dont want it to permanetly smell like it. Cigarettes can only be smoked outside no exceptions.
