Master Bedroom available to rent in a townhouse !! I am looking to rent this room out beginning Sept 1 and am very flexible to move in date. The townhouse is a two bedroom complex, with fireplace, patio, washer/dryer, and garage parking space attached to the unit. The bedroom comes cable box and wifi accessibility. The room has its own vanity, bathroom and 2 dual mirror closets. Huge window and high ceiling. It is super cool honestly. Unit is near the 210 fwy (one street away) and 2 blocks away from shopping center and CHAFFEY COLLEGE. The amenities will be open to you as well, I will be giving you a key to access 2 pools, state of the art weight room and gym/yoga area. The complex has a small park for children, and tons of down to earth neighbors. It is located towards the back of the community with a lot trees and privacy. I love this place and I hope you will too.

As my roommate, you will have ALL UTILITIES PAID and will only have to pay $1000 monthly. $300 deposit fee required. ID required. I will be asking for brief rental history and reason for moving in upon viewing the unit. This will be month to month however, I do ask for a minimum 4 weeks notice if plans change. I understand life happens, and I will not press you in anyway. :)

I am a full time student at Chaffey College and a night time server. I am 28 years old who would like to share my living area with someone with similarities. I have a 7lb silky terrier who stays downstairs, so the person moving in would have to be okay with a little loving creature sharing the same living space. I am responsible, clean, laidback and friendly. I do not tolerate smoking inside the unit. I do not tolerate drugs or excessive drinking. Visitor stays can be talked about and agreed upon. I will respect your privacy at all costs, as I will expect the same. With all of the small print out of the way, I am hoping to open my living space to a new friend :)
