Kitchen and living room is shared and you can use all the dishes, appliances and not have to buy your own dish soap. I live alone with 1 roommate & my daughter visiting half the time. Huge house with just me and my dog. Backyard has a pool and jacuzzi. There is no garage parking, only street parking. Bathroom will only be shared if a visitor needs to use the bathroom. If you enjoy working out, I have lots of workout equipment in the garage which you are free to use. Shared access to kitchen, all appliances and living room, yard, pool/jacuzzi. This is a king size bed and bedroom is very roomy. This location is on the outskirts of Henderson near Boulder City. Very nice gated community with a neighborhood watch. I work Monday through Friday 9-5 and I am off on the weekends. I’m not a party animal, I don’t drink unless it’s appropriate and I smoke outside. I don’t often have any visitors except for my GF. Space downstairs is roughly 1,200 sq ft. I am usually upstairs in my loft. No addictions whether legal or not legal. No weed, no drugs, no alcoholism. This is a clean respectable neighborhood and the neighbors will complain so please only apply if you feel this is the right fit for you. I am looking for someone who is clean and will clean up after themselves . Referrals will be required.

I am a 41 year old male with a 10 yr old daughter. I work from home mostly. There is no drama here and I feel I am a good communicator. I do occasionally have birthday parties at my house for my brother and will do Halloween parties and maybe new years parties. But in no way am I a party animal nor do I have visitors coming over often. MY Girlfriend comes over about 2 to 3 times a week and will spend the night. I try to keep a clean place and I try to keep the noise level down expect for when I am watching a movie on the big screen TV in my loft. I workout, bar b que, go out on the weekends and live a normal life.
