Viktor's room

Furnished room with private bathroom and walk in closet. Tv in the room with Netflix. Laundry in the apartment, as well as private parking spot in the garage. Bills are included (electricity, gas, internet). Building has 2 pools and the gym.

All I ask you is to be clean and respectful. I am pretty adaptable if we communicate things upfront. LGBT friendly, but I would ask that you use balcony for smoking. We can go month to month or six months with possibility of extending.
