Have a private room with a private bathroom in a 3bed 2bath home off Scottsdale and McKellips available for rent! Rent is $1200 per month per room with some fees for the pool and policy fees and + utilities!

It’s located right behind a beer wine and tap bar and a hot yoga studio/espresso shop (which is the coolest place). It is minutes away from Papago park by the PHX zoo and less than 10 minutes from old town and Scottsdale Fashion Center. GREAT location! And extremely close access to the freeway.

Your room can come furnished with the full size bed in the pictures and the large desk in the back (they are the roomies but she is okay with keeping them in the room if you don’t have your own furniture and/or temporarily if you wanted to get your own!

You’ll get one hall closet at the end of the hall outside of your room for extra storage as well as the closet with shelves directly outside of your door next to the other closet. Your bathroom is directly across from your room with a tub, shower rack, bath matt, and trash can (can remove if you have your own of course!)

It’s a smart home with the Ring system that you and the roomie can have access to on your phones to lock the doors, change the house temperature, and to monitor the front door.

We have a long driveway that leads into a carport where we have another entrance to the home. The pool has a fire place at the end of it which is pretty cool!

The bar literally feet away from the home has food trucks nearly daily. It’s a really fun street, always busy with people visiting the food trucks and taking the yoga classes!

The roommate works from home M-F 8-5 on the phone - she may be in her room or out in the living room. But typically stays in her room for work.

She likes to go out and meet new people often so you may not see her too much or you may be out with her! She has a dog who’s super friendly and cuddly who’s name is Batman!
