The location is excellent with under a 5-minute walk to the New Jersey Transit train station and bus stop for an easy commute to NYC, and under a 10-minute drive to Kean University. The house is also a 5-minute walk to the Five Points Branch YMCA, a 15-minute drive to Newark (EWR) airport and an hour drive to JFK Airport.

Looking for housemates who are responsible and tidy who can pay on time. No pets, couples, or families, please. I have two spacious private rooms available, each with their own closets, currently furnished and ready for move-in. Please note this ad is for two SEPARATE roommates. Rent for ROOM ONE will be $1100/month utilities included. Rent for ROOM TWO will be $1000/month, utilities included. An $800 security deposit will be due prior to moving in per each renter. Potential tenants must complete in-person interviews to be considered as well as being subject to signing a possible 2-month lease with proof of stable employment. Any rules are negotiable upon interview and leasing.

The smoke-free house has 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a complete kitchen with a dining space, a large basement, a spacious backyard, a gazebo, an above ground pool, and an outdoor grill. There is space for two cars in the driveway on top of plenty of free street parking. Amenities available include a washer and dryer in the basement, heat, water, electricity, and free WiFi.

I am a single mother working full time with a son in middle school and a daughter in college. We are a very clean, quiet, and organized household. We sleep early at 10pm and wake early around 5-7am. Respectful quiet hours begin at 10pm to account for this. While we do have a small 6-lb Yorkie, she is fairly quiet and very friendly!
