Stevenson Boulevard

I recently moved from Boulder, CO with my pug puppy, and we are looking for a roommate (only enough space for one person) for a beautiful unit in The Estates at Park Place, in Fremont.

The unit is spread out, providing lots of privacy for the bedrooms as well as a very open living and kitchen area, which connects to a large patio overlooking the complex. I am working on furnishing the unit, but it currently has a wall mounted television, all new kitchen appliances, and a washer/dryer. Utilities, per person, should be around 50-75 dollars per month (25 for xfinity, 25-50 for energy depending on how much we use). Lease is for 1 year, ending August 2019.

I’m a fairly quiet person and spend most of my time during the week at work, but I love meeting new people, cooking, and laughing over a couple beers!
