Currently living in a 2 bed 2 bath in Cedar Park right next to ACC Cypress Creek! Apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator access. I am a student at ACC and was hoping to find someone with similar goals. I could be transferring to a university in 6mo to a year, so the lease would only be for 6 months. There is a laundry room on site, apartment overlooks the office and pool! It is a no smoking building, no weed no cigarettes! Neighbors below have children and our next door neighbors are elderly. Parking is free, and covered parking is $100 a month. I never have parking issues to the point where I would need to pay for a covered spot. There are garages available for $100 a month as well. Talk to me about pets! I have a shorthair cat, and my current roommate has a longhair cat. The longhair cat will be leaving with my roommate, so there is space for another animal. Pet deposits are $500 one time fee, and $15 a month for rent. Security deposit is $500 as well!
