This is an unfurnished bedroom available to rent immediately! We are looking for one individual to rent the room, and are open to young professionals and traveling medical professionals. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Rent is $800 per month. Utilities are included. $300 deposit required, $40 application fee. Rent and deposit can be paid by Venmo, Zelle, check or online for a fee. Lease is 12 months. Renter’s insurance is required.

Spacious bedroom in a shared house, which includes full bathroom, living room, dining table, kitchen, and washer/dryer on each level. Shared use of the yard and patio with a grill. There are entrances in the front and back of the house and you will be provided codes for keyless entry. It is in a quiet and comfortable home in a friendly neighborhood.

Located in quiet Southwest Denver. Enjoy easy access to downtown, hospitals, metro area and the mountains! Convenient to get to Mile High stadium, Ball Arena, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and other local landmarks.

The rooms are rented by responsible, working males in their mid-20s to 30s. The home is quiet, has good wifi, and is ideal for professionals. The home is owned by Lauren and Seth. We moved to Denver in 2016, bought this house in 2020, and got married in 2021. Lauren is originally from Boulder, Colorado, and Seth is from Bozeman, Montana, where we met in 2012.
