Hi! My name is Ryan, I currently have a roommate who is leaving to move in with his girlfriend to start their family together (she’s pregnant). I’m happy for him but I need a roommate.

I am a sober man in recovery and this is a dry apartment. That is the most important thing you need to know. That is non-negotiable If drinking with your buddies is a big thing for you then move along. My apartment is nice, my neighbors are quiet and so am I. It is centrally located in Manchester on E. Center St. I like living here a lot. I find it comfortable and relaxing.

You would have to sign onto the lease and pass a backround and credit check. We’re doing this by the book. Heat and hot water are included. You would just have to pay your half of cable, internet and electricity. That comes out to about 100 a month for you so your grand total out the door each month is about 700.

I am a friendly, realistic, open minded but not overly politically correct guy. Not looking for a mega conservative or liberal person. I like all types of music but don’t play it loud. I like all movies and Netflix and hate reality tv. I like sports but am not a fanatic. If we connect on similar interests that’s great but if we don’t it’s not the end of the world.

The apartment aside from your room is completely furnished. Just bring your bed and dresser and whatever else you want in your room. If you have something truly worth contributing to the apt I’m interested. Otherwise don’t bring all your crap just to bring it. Get a storage unit for the time being.
