Beth's room

Room for rent in a cozy, 2 bedroom condo. You will have your own private room and the bathroom and kitchen will be shared with one female, though you will have your own sink in the bathroom. The lease is either a nightly or a week to week rental at the rate of $60 per night or $250 per week.

I prefer a peaceful and tranquil living space, and I am okay with you watching television, listening to music, or taking speaker phone calls as long as you are willing to wear headphones, airpods, or earbuds to keep the noise level low. I am also looking for a non-smoker.

I view the home as a sanctuary and I like to come home to a quiet place, and am looking for someone who does not have guests over.

I’m friendly and quiet, and I prefer a quiet living space. I do my best to wash dishes as soon as I use them, and my preference would be that you do the same. It will only be the two of us living here. I am a 40 year old female. 😊
