Furnished single room for rent in a 4bdm, 2 bath house in Mission Viejo. Bedroom includes a closet, dresser, king size bed, night table, large window with blinds and a ceiling fan. There is a full bathroom across the hall that will be pretty much private. (the kids and I wont shower or store our personal items in bathroom). Tenant will have access to the house including shared living room, large shared kitchen/dining area and shared laundry facilities. There is a large back covered lanai and solar heated pool. Tenant may also use BBQ island. All utilities are included (electricity, gas, water, internet, basic Dish TV) Driveway parking is included and could provide some storage space in the garage if needed. Ideally looking for a female student, professional, or clinician (RN/Tech). I work at a hospital M-F with on-call. I have my kids every other week. We are a friendly family and will respect your privacy and ask for respect of our home in return.
