Individual Room Lease available for Re-Let. I renewed my lease for August 18 2023- July 31, 2024 and then my roommate decided she wants to move. We will make arrangements with the leasing office at State for you to take over this lease effective 8/18/23. The apartment is a 3Bed, 3 Bath , floorplan 3Bed 3 Bath D, which has the larger living room. This unit is an excellent unit as it is an end unit with a wonderful mountain view. Close to stairs/elevators, and parking garage. this is a female only unit as the other 2 rooms are leased to females. This lease is a standard room (not the room with the in-suite bathroom) but each room would really have their own bath since a 3BD/3BA. This lease includes the uncovered garage parking spot. $35/month, and the reserved spot is right by the stairs so excellent spot. **doing the lease takeover is cheaper than signing a new lease as the new rate is now $839. Incentive Payment of $250 to take over this lease instead of signing brand new lease to be paid upon successful approval with leasing office! State has great amenities -Pool, Gym, Game room, viewing room, Sauna, Hot tub, fire pit, Volleyball court…etc. , In apartment washer/dryer, Pet Friendly. New lease- This is to take over a lease (you will be signing a brand new lease directly with the office, not subletting through me.) I need to move and since I had renewed lease for next year, need to find a new person to take over this room and sign a new lease with office.
