Recently bought this house, I’m a Corspman in the Navy, single 24 year old male and looking to provide my 2 extra rooms at a lower Rent cost than a lot of the areas around Portsmouth and Chesapeake. Right next to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Don’t care what you do with the rooms outside punching holes in the walls. Large kitchen and backyard with shed and deck. Washer and dryer, AC, Hardwood Floors, FIOS Internet. I’m relaxed, don’t care if you use any stuff in common areas just try and keep them relatively tidy. Currently no roommates with both rooms up for grabs.
