Hey y’all! Please read and respond to whole ad! We had a person back out last minute so we are looking to fill a room Sept 16th (this Sunday!). If the ad is still up, it IS still available.

About the Place: We live in the bottom half of a shady corner house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with pantry, laundry, living room, lots of closets and tandem-style driveway. You would be in a room with your own walk-in closet and share a bathroom with one girl. We have an outside area with chairs and a basketball hoop + garage for extra storage. It’s an old house, so with that comes the usual creaky floors, thin walls, and no central air. There’s also construction from the new purple line right now, so if you’re a light sleeper or looking for a fancy condo situation, this place isn’t for you. With that said, it is an AMAZING deal for the location. Across the street from an LA Fitness, one block from LACMA and the new metro. Walking distance from Ralphs, Trader Joes, coffee shops, The Grove, shopping.

About Us: Currently we are two guys, one girl. We are all in our late 20’s/early 30’s and in the entertainment business (comedy/film), easy-going and for the most part pretty busy/keep to ourselves. Honestly our conversations usually revolve around TV or food.

You: Should be chill/relaxed!! Female preferred, but if you’re an awesome male with good bathroom etiquette, plead your case. We want someone who is clean in nature, will help out without asking, but also not obsessively clean. No chore wheels here! :) We’re looking for someone who’s mature and respectful of noise/schedules, but also ok with creative types and occasional friends over.

Extra deets: Deposit is one month’s rent. Utilities are generally no more than $75/month. Yes you can park in the driveway but cuz it’s tandem, you might find yourself preferring street parking (permit easy to get too).
