Master Bedroom at the back of the house, private bathroom (dual sink). Large spacious kitchen and in unit laundry. A professional housekeeper comes once a month for a deep clean entire home.

Availability starting in mid Jan 2024.

Garbage, internet, monthly housekeeping, and exterminator will be included.

No pets, weapons, indoor smoking, or non-recreational drugs allowed.

There are 3 male roommates, the first is (32yo) a Starbucks manager who works mostly evening, and the thirs is (52yo) truck drive who is only home for one week every two months and enjoy cycling and bbqing when not on the road. The third is a (36yo) male who works for verizon, he works most days and has a teenage son that will visit/stayover on occasion.
