Looking to rent out second floor room, in a 5 bedroom two story home in Oakley. Home comes with in garage gym, second floor media room, and semi-private bathroom. Rent also includes utilities, access to WiFi, access to our streaming (we basically have everything except paramount), as well as the kitchen (all utensils available). The room itself is partially furnished (bed provided), with midsize closet. Plenty of storage space in the garage as well. Upstairs has its own bathroom which will 99% of the time be yours. We do have visitors from time to time and we allow them to use the second floor bathroom but that is rare. Parking will never be an issue and myself and my partner work insane hours so the house is quiet.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and well manicured.

No security deposit, just first and last months rent. Rent is paid at the beginning of each month. We are looking to provide a one year lease only, but will consider longer. House guests are of course welcome but permanent, live-in situations, or anything beyond one day a week is not.

The house contains myself and my partner as well as one other tenant on the first floor. Myself and my partner work a lot so we are gone most of the day.
