Hey y’all we’re looking to fill a room in our 4 bed / 2 bath house in Woodfin. It’s a short walk from beaver lake and zillicoah and right off of 26. Like a five minute drive from downtown. Rent is 566 plus utilities (gas, water, electric) and move-in would be some time in March. The lease ends in December.

We are three looking for a fourth. We’re all super easy going and work full-time. Two of us work nights and we are occasional night owls, but very accommodating of others and their sleep schedules. Must be lgbtq friendly.
