Hi! I am looking for a roommate to resign the lease with for my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I am located on Gothard and Edinger near Bella Terra in Huntington Beach.
Rent will be $1600 including water, trash and parking. Electricity is paid separately. Apartment is considered luxury, is very new and clean, and is conveniently located. There is a lot of natural light and is very safe! The apartment complex has two pools, two jacuzzis, and a gym.
A little about me: Iām 29, single, and work in tech. I have two very friendly cats who stay in my room with me most of the time. I am clean and organized. I love working out, watching trash tv, and going to the beach!
