WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME

I love everything about this house; It is going to be hard to leave. This floor-plan is perfect and does not waste an inch of space. The rooms are spacious and inviting, making living and entertaining comfortable and fun. A place for everything? I chose this home partially because of all of the storage! It has walk-in closets in every bedroom, plus a generous linen closet, coat closet, walk-in pantry/laundry room, plus tons of cabinets in the kitchen! Also, the garage. I love my kitchen so much! There are like 30 cabinets in my kitchen, undercabinet lighting, lots of counterspace. We just put in new appliances that are black stainless, but more importantly, fingerprint- and smudge-proof!! (I need that in my new house, too!) This house has good natural light. The sun-room is one of my favorite light places. We use this for dining, because of the nice view. The sun sets right in the clearing over the hill, so the patio is the perfect place to relax while you watch the colors. It is a pretty cool place for a morning cup of coffee, as well. To the other side of the backyard is a good amount of play space and a tree line that is beautiful all year long, but especially in Autumn.
