Gated community close to UNR/ downtown Reno, with all girl roommates. Shared living room, kitchen, balcony, and in-unit laundry. The room on the first floor, its private with its own full bathroom and walk in closet. Pet friendly, Wi-Fi included Pool, spa, and gym on property Partially furnished( bed, desk, nightstand, dresser) Parking lot with covered parking available Utilities are split and typically around $40, for gas, and electric, water is free The deposit is last 2 months rent. About the roomies
Three others girls live in the apartment. They are all friendly and independent college students who work. Usually spend their time away from the apartment or in their rooms studying.
