Valerie's room

Located in University Heights, walking distance to everything! Easy freeway access to the 8, 163, 15, and 805 freeways. There is a driveway and ample street parking, washer and dryer on site. Unfortunately there is no heating or AC, but portable units are welcome! Your room is shared with a half bath also connected to the other roommates room, but the main bathroom is shared by all.

I work M-F for an attorney service in down town, and other roomie works for the San Diego zoo. We are both very laid back, and more introverted but do go out. We would like to find someone that vibes with us and is all around awesome!
