Needing a roommate………..

Close to 1,000 square feet, private back porch, walk in closets, master bedroom is unfurnished an has a stand in shower ( master bedroom for rent). The property is quiet, clean, there is a pool, gym access, grill pits around the property, and a dog park. Theres only myself currently living here, i do own a cat an dog so you must be pet friendly. An unfortunately the apartment only allows two pets so no more cats or dogs. Also you must be okay with having kids around half the time. House rules will be worked out and agreed upon before moving in but there will be no partys or overly loud noise. The apartment is clean an comes with a/c and a washer/dryer in unit. Water, trash are included in rent but cable/wifi an electricity are separate.
