Chloe's room

Hi!! I will be moving out of this amazing room shortly to move further north for work. I love this place so much - and I am looking for a clean and responsible girl to take over my lease. This is a private room with your own bathroom, kitchenette, and entrance. There are two other girls that live in the main house - but this room is a studio that is separate from the main house as it was once a garage. It has an AC unit, solar power to keep prices low, and your own free parking spot:) It is seriously my favorite place ever. No pets please!

There are currently 2 females at this property, one who is 22 and in law school, and the other 25 and hardly home as she works all the time. We are all young professionals who enjoy good food, wine nights, and a clean space! we love to party occasionally, but never bring it home, and love the quiet and convenient neighborhood.
