Rent: $1462.24 + utilities + internet Deposit: $667 Move in date: April 1st Lease: 12 months Size of the room: 18.5 x 14.1 or 250.5 sq ft large walk in closet a nice balcony Washer dryer in unit Garage parking included 1.8 miles from the beach In walking distance to Target (10 min walk), Walgreens (4 min walk), Mother’s (7 min walk) Lots of natural light via west facing window Living area already furnished with couch, dining table, bar stools, you just have to furnish your room

Roommate 1: 30y/o female WFH full time Enjoys quiet and relaxing weekdays Usually out and about on weekends doodle mom

Roommate 2: 24 y/o female Hybrid work situation Enjoys cooking and visiting local coffee shops Morning person who prefers to get their day started pretty early

We’re looking for someone who has no pets and is okay with a mini golden doodle at home (he is usually in my room plus he is super friendly and sweet), respectful at common spaces/areas, cleans up after themselves and is willing to do chores at the house (we spend at least one day during the weekend per month to clean common spaces: kitchen, living room, stairs), must apply and be approved by the property company
