Beautiful 3900 sq foot home in a guard gated community with a beautiful lagoon pool in the backyard that is scheduled to be complete by March 15. Amazing location in Summerlin. I am a male in my 40s who lives here with my 6-year old daughter (she’s with me on the weekends). I have two golden retrievers. There are five bedrooms and looking for a female roommate. I work from home during the day and go to school at night.I don’t smoke, do drugs, or party. I work out 6 days a week and live clean. I study a lot.

Being that I live with my daughter, I’m looking for a female roommate to move in after March 15 that doesn’t smoke or do drugs. We are a chill setup. Would consider a single mom as this is a great house and community for kids.
