Walk in distance to 3 different Long Island Rail Road stations: Lynbrook, Valley Stream, Gibson. House is occupied by owners, young couple and their 7 year old daughter. Looking for in and out professional and/or student. Small fridge included in room. Tenant allowed to use kitchen to cook or warm up meals and wash dishes. Laundry room access for an additional $100/month: 1 day (2 loads) per week. Large backyard with patio open for visitors. No other shared areas. No pets, no smoking, no parties. We have central AC during summer, and we keep our house warm and comfortable during winter.
