Room includes double sinks, shower, walk in closet, balcony with rocking chair/umbrella, office desk, safe and queen size bed. Utilities are included in the price.You may use the living room to watch TV, we have a large TV with surround sound. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and an in-house gym. You also have free access to the community pool and jacuzzi which is heated year-round. The town home is also located immediately next to a network of hiking trails and is just 2 miles from the Carlsbad/vista business park. The Bressi Ranch shops and restaurants are even closer. We expect you to be clean and have a job or go to school (not spending the whole day at home). We are looking for a long term roommate. The room is available at the end of January/ Beginning of February.
