Oak Terrace Drive

The room is 130 sq/ft. The whole condo is 890 sq/ft. The room is unfurnished and you will have your own bathroom. (photos are furnished because roommate is leaving in march) We just put in new laminate floors in the bedrooms. We have a balcony overlooking a pond and a beautiful big oak tree. The laundry is in the unit. The kitchen appliances are a bit outdated but everything works great. The condo is in a great location, we are within a mile of pretty much anything you’ll need like Grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants, etc.

I am a 20-year-old female and my boyfriend is a 23-year-old male. I am a student at palm beach state and my bf works a lot. We have two cats and we’re very cannabis friendly ;). We’re quiet and clean. if you want to check out my insta my handle is: kara_ttt.
