This is a lease re-sign (end of May to June 1st move-in)

I currently live in a 2BR in Brighton, Commonwealth Ct. My roommate is moving out in May, and I want to stay. I’d love to live with someone who is friendly and would even want to do things from time to time (share a glass of wine, cook etc). But if that’s not what you’re looking for that’s also okay, as long as we keep it clean and we can respect each other 🙂 My roommate owns most of the furniture and will take it with her, so there’d be plenty of opportunity for you to make the space your own (or ours, rather). The room that’s free is a little bigger than the other, has beautiful exposed brick, and a separate space for an office area. In the past, my roommate has always paid a little more than me, currently $1330. The rent total is $2450, and the landlord is happy for us to come up with our own agreement for rent. There is a parking spot for rent if you want it, but street parking is also available.

A little about myself: I’m 26 year old teacher, and I moved to Boston 3 years ago from Germany. I love going to the gym, boxing, cooking, and watching Netflix shows. I enjoy a good walk or hike in the summer or fall as well.
