10x11 Room for Rent (furnished or unfurnished):

• Sexton Mountain Neighborhood located near South Beaverton and Neighbors Southwest/ Progress Ridge, (Walmart Neighborhood Market in walking distance)
• Tenants have use of the entire home, including garage parking and storage
• Occasional pre-arranged overnight guests welcome (use of guest room)
• Extra closet storage available
• Office space available for additional fee
• Private bath to the left of room

Roommate Requirements:

• Income 3x listed rent ($2850)
• Will need to complete application, credit/background check (fee can be deducted from first months rent)
• No smoking, vaping, etc.
• No couples, children, or pets
• Prefer roommate who does not have frequent guests, is mindful of quiet hours between 9pm-8am
• Roommate who is tidy and contributes to household chores to maintain a clean home
• Roommate who is open to a new, furry BFF 😻

Landlord:

• School Professional who works 8 - 4pm outside the home
• Has a cat who is very social and friendly
• Values a friendly, welcoming home environment that is clean, quiet, and peaceful
• Will encourage open dialogue to ensure home environment meets everyone’s needs

Fees: $950 Monthly rent + utilities (approximately $150 charged monthly) $500 Refundable security deposit

TOTAL DUE at signing of rental agreement is $1450
