This home is in a public golf course community and I have lived in it for 22 years. It is a lovely home and it is in a crime free community. This home is very clean and well kept. I have two well behaved small dogs. They are loving but do bark on occasion. If you don’t like dogs or are allergic to them, you should not live here. You can have kitchen privileges if you wish but will be expected to keep the kitchen and your room and bathroom clean and buy your own food. NO MAID SERVICE. Rent is due the first of every month. You will be expected to give a months notice when planning of moving out. The 400.00 deposit is refundable onlyt if no damage has been done to the home. This is a non smoking home. There is a very nice patio and lovely large yard for your use. The room for rent is fairly large and painted in a light blue and is very restful. Med size full bath is with bath tub and shower and can be accessed from the bedroom. No weapons allowed in home. No food and no cooking in room. Snacks are allowed. And beverages are allowed in room. Owner reserves the right to inspect the room with the tenet once a month.
If you would like your room and bathroom cleaned that will be and additional 50.00 charge every three weeks. Linens will be supplies if you wish. I am a warm and friendly person and would like the same from a Roomie.

I am the only other person living in the home, I am 65 and still work part time My Tenents enjoy living here and we get along very well. If we both are happy with the arrangement the 12 months can be extended.
