I’m looking to rent out my living room. I stick to myself in my room and it would be mostly privet. We could make up a wall or something. I’m really chill, this would be awesome for a college student. I would only charge 35% of the rent and half of the utilities given that your room would be the living room. But it’s quite large. No pets. The property is great! two out door pools, one indoor and a hot tub. A small fitness center. Really close to Edmonds community college. I’m really chill and 420 friendly. I love cooking and cleaning.
