I have one room available in a 2 bed, 1 bath half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood just 5min from downtown. The landlords are a very nice couple who are attentive and quick to respond to any issues I’ve had in the past.

There are a lot of attractions easily within walking distance, including 2 parks and multiple restaurants and bars.

At the beginning of the lease, security deposit ($500) in addition to the rent for the first month ($625) and the last month ($625) will be due for a total of $1750.

Utilities are not included in the rent, however they usually average ~$80-$100 depending on the season.

Parking is available in the driveway, which fits 2 cars, one in front of the other. Plenty of street parking is also available.

I have lived here for almost 4 years now, but my roommate is moving in with his partner so I am in need of a roommate. I really like the location and the house itself, so I hope to be able to continue living here.

I have many interests, including music, art, video games and movies. I am also pretty open-minded, so whatever your interests, I would at least entertain them. I try my best to show respect to everyone.

I always make an effort to respect and keep shared areas clean. I work as a barista during the day and my work schedule varies, so I’ll be in and out at various times throughout the week.
