Demonie's room

This is a one bedroom apartment that my current roommate and I have split and made the shared space a second room. The room for rent would be my roommates, it has its own entrance, own bathroom and walk-in closet. The “only down-side” would be having to walk through my room or outside to get to the kitchen (not far, less than a min). The neighborhood is mostly quiet except for being by the highway, located near Petsmart and Hilton hotel. Apartment is on the first floor and has shared washer and dryer w other tenants in the building. (Pictures are not current, from last tenants but better for showing the apartment)

Hi, my name is Demonie. I’m 21 years old, 22 in august. I’m looking for someone around my age that’s responsible, easy going and looking for a room.
