Quiet 30 something female nurse looking for a fellow quiet female roommate. You will have a large unfurnished master bedroom with attached private bathroom in 2 bed 2 bath second story 1,000 sq foot ft apartment. The room with bathroom included is about 250 square feet total. Washer and dryer in unit. No pets please. Old tiny dog and super friendly cat already in apartment. You have your own covered parking spot right near front door and there is also a pool and hot tub. My lease is up 11/15/23 and I am open to considering extending for another year if we both want to extend together. The landlord will want you to fill out an application and do a background check and also do a quick FaceTime call to meet you, just a heads up
