A large private bedroom with parquet floors, ample windows and walk-in closet and adjacent private bathroom is available for the last weekend of September. There is a laundry room, kitchen and relaxing second floor balcony with peaceful tree views.

Utilities and WiFi will be provided at no additional cost. There is no cable TV service connection, so you will not be able to watch cable TV. The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, nightstand & lamp and TV stand.

A supermarket, fitness center and Starbucks & Panera are within walking distance. There is a swimming pool and fitness center in the clubhouse for residents. Easy on-site parking is available.

We are a young couple in with a dog and cat. This is a second floor condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on opposite sides of the unit, so there is some degree of privacy. We are busy during weekdays and do some activities during weekends, so we’re not home much. Just don’t let the cat out!
