24 Hour access to seperate Gym facility enclosed behind house.
Bedroom is furnished with twin bed, desk, chair, & dresser or you can use your own furniture.
Following areas will be shared between me, you, & 1 other roommate: Upstairs & Downstairs Bathrooms, Kitchen, Front Room, Family Room with DirecTv, Washer & Dryer, Enclosed Yard, and the Gym.
Fast Comcast internet is wired to every room. WiFi will also be provided. House is equipped with Central Air.
Must be ok with animals as I have 2 huskies that you can see in the pictures.
Mirrored security film on windows. Exterior security cameras for extra protection.
Looking for someone who is courteous, considerate, and able clean up after themself.
About the roomies
Preferably looking for a home body, but all is welcome. I am a 46 year old male. My other roommate is a 28 year old asian male. We both keep to ourselves mostly.
