If you own a dog or dogs and looking for a room for rent with out having pay extra to rent a house or apartment, we might have a place for you

We have a unfurnished master bedroom with private bedroom in apartment that can fit one person with one big dog or possibly two smaller doges

Me and wife are staying in the other bedroom with our 2 small dogs and a beagle

1. Price to rent is $1000 per month which includes utilities, wifi
2. Deposit is $750
3. If you have a dog, you don’t have pay dog deposit

The room is for one person, guy or girl with their dogs preferably non smoker (age doesn’t matter, as long you are responsible, pay rent on time)

2. We are located less than 10 minutes from Cal State Bernardino

3. Our place is quiet at night time, you can see rabbits running out at night and in the morning. We are located across horse sanctuary. We are located across the street from. Littlefield/Shultis Park (2525 W Kendall Way, San Bernardino, CA 92407)

4. We are located no more than 10 minutes from 215, 15 freeway, and less than 20 minutes from 210,60, 10 freeway. This options in terms of places to work, and travel. You are not to far from riverside, Fontana, rancho Cucamonga, Claremont. You can commute to Pasadena, and Los Angeles

5. There is a couple of gas stations less than 10 minutes from house including arco, 76,711 gas, Shell, Chevron

6. Ralf, Walmart, CVS as well as two Starbucks is located nearby

7. Within 20 minutes you can go to various parks including Glen Helen Regional Park, Wildwood Park And Dog Park, Blair Park

8. Nearby alots of restaurants including KFC, McDonalds, Jack in Box, Burger king, Dennys, Farmer Boy, pizza hut, Papa johns, Japanese food, Mexican food, Chinese food, Wingstop
