My name is Jess, I’m 25 years old and have a 2 bedroom apartment at the Knolls Apartment complex off of 17th and Uintah. I have been living here for 4 years and my current roommate is looking to move out. Our current lease ends in late November, but the room can be available as soon as the last week of October. I will be getting an official quote when I resign the lease this month, but currently rent is about $650 and includes water and trash. You would get the master bedroom with wall to wall closets and an en suite bathroom. The unit includes a washer and dryer, lots of parking, and we have several amenities (gym, hot tub, pool, etc). You will also be welcome to use everything in the common areas (tv, Hulu, Netflix, dishes, grill, etc). I ask that you also pay half of the utilities and the cost of internet, I can show you previous months utilities to give you a rough estimate if you’re interested. Everything in the apartment is furnished and decorated except for the bedroom. Our rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so there’s lots of privacy.

I have a 15 year old cat, and 1.5 year old dog. The dog is a Maltese, so he’s hypoallergenic and weighs about 6 lbs. There is occasionally some mild pet odor from the litter box, but I am diligent about cleaning up after them. Due to lease restrictions, no other pets would be allowed. I am currently on oxygen full time, so I have an oxygen compressor in the living room. The cord is very long so I can move around the house, but otherwise shouldn’t be a bother. I work from home and don’t have many guests over or make much noise- Overall, I’m pretty laid back. :) I do have a medical marijuana card, so there is occasionally some odor from my medication, but I try to be respectful.
