2-bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse in Aurora near Cherry Creek State Park and Reservoir. The townhouse has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, two car garage, pool access, and small garden/patio area that is fenced in. It is a very spacious and quiet space in a HOA controlled neighborhood. The lease ends April 30th, however, the room will be ready by April 1st (this is also negotiable) my current roommate is moving back to Portland at the end of the lease. The renewed lease is for 15 months and will be only $1050 a person for this amazing townhouse!! The other bills are Xcel and Xfinity. Xcel runs about $25-$100 monthly, depending on the weather :), and Xfinity is $25 dollars a person monthly. The images are from Zillow and not how the townhouse is decorated now, but the space is the same. The room you would be in is the master bedroom, it is a huge room with a private sink/mirror and an extremely large closet space.

I am a 35-year-old female who works from home. The space is LGBTQ friendly. I enjoy visiting National Parks, kayaking, camping, hiking, breweries, meet ups, comedy shows you name it! I value the home being a peaceful space and am looking for a relaxed person to be my roommate.
