Street parking only. You will need to apply for a parking permit from the city. (they are about 35$) Potential candidates will be asked to furnish a current credit report, fill out an application, copy of a current DL and proof of income. Non-smoker/non-drug user (Absolutely no smoking or drug use of any kind allowed in or around the house. Occasional light drinking is fine. This is consistent with owner’s rules/noise ordinances). Should appreciate and be willing to maintain a clean and neat environment (ie dishes done right away, personal things kept in rooms/ not in common areas, everyone contributing their part in regular cleaning) No subletting, No AirBnB No Pets No Parties
