We are renting out the hall in a 2bd/1ba apartment. The hall is very private and you won’t have any kind of disturbance from our side. The bathroom is shared. We are asking for $450 towards the rent and utilities between $50-$70 (per head), every month. To move in, there is a move-in fee of $350 and we are asking for the first month’s and the last month’s rent. The hall is available from Oct 1st, 2018. You will be sharing the apartment with two quiet and very hygienic roommates. One of us is working and the other is still in college.
