Single family home in North Miami seeks a responsible, quiet and respectful roommate. The home is 2 floors and the room for rent is on the 2nd floor. Ideally looking for (2) roommates who already know each other willing to share a bathroom. Roommates are welcome in common areas, kitchen/laundry are, backyard and downstairs guest bathroom. Owner occupies the downstairs bedroom with a small dog.
About the roomies
Single, young professional who travels often and a small dog will be your roommate. We are quiet, respectful and enjoy relaxing in the backyard. We are looking for 1-2 roommates to share the house with us and we expect for you to treat the home as if it were your own. No overnight guests or parties. Ideally we are looking for a student or a busy professional.
